Delete your account
You can delete your Riky account at any time, and you don't need a reason. Deleting is permanent — it removes your data rather than deactivating the account.
From inside the app
Open Riky and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm once, and it takes effect straight away.
By email
If you've already uninstalled the app, or you can't sign in, email support@riky.ai from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you before we do anything, and we respond within one month — usually much sooner.
If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, write from the address Apple forwards to and tell us the relay address you used, so we can match it to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your conversations and every message in them, including anything still in the 30-day bin.
- Your projects, tasks, goals and check-ins.
- Your agents, their instructions, and anything Riky remembered about you.
- Documents and knowledge files you uploaded, and the text extracted from them.
- Images and videos you generated in Studio.
- Character photos, including the encrypted originals.
- Connected calendar and integration tokens.
- Your profile, settings and notification tokens.
What we keep, and why
We keep records we're required to keep: basic billing and tax records where you've paid us, and security logs of administrative actions taken on an account. These don't include your conversations or anything you made. Anonymous, aggregated counts that can no longer be linked to you may remain.
Backups roll off on their own schedule, so a copy can persist there briefly after deletion. It isn't restored to the live service.
Want a copy first?
Deletion can't be undone, so export first if you want to keep anything: Settings → Privacy → Export gives you a machine-readable copy of what we hold. Do that before you delete — afterwards there is nothing left to export.
